  • Nick Carle

    Head of Football

    Since returning to the Club, Nick has brought a clear strategic vision and elite level experience to his role as Head of Football. A former Marconi Stallions FC player, he understands the standards and identity that define the club, combining that foundation with extensive experience in coaching, leadership and long-term youth development.

    Nick plays a pivotal role in shaping the Club’s football philosophy and pathways, ensuring alignment from junior programs through to First Grade. His commitment to high-performance environments, player progression and sustainable growth continues to strengthen the club’s structure both on and off the pitch, guiding the next chapter at The Palace.

  • PETER TSEKENIS

    Mens' NPL First Grade Coach

    Since 2018, Tsekenis has been an integral part of the club, bringing consistency, professionalism & leadership to his position. He has played a key role in supporting the club's operations & contributing to its ongoing growth & success. His commitment to maintaining high standards has made him a valued & trusted leader of the team. Tsekenis has lead the Stallions to a grand final win in 2024 & our inaugural Australian Championship grand finalist run in 2025.

  • Michael Beauchamp

    Women’s First Grade Coach

    Entering his third year as Women's First Grade Coach, he continues to play a pivotal role in the growth & development of the women's program. A respected leader with a strong football pedigree, Michael brings a clear vision of professionalism to his approach. His commitment to fostering a high performance environment while supporting player development has been instrumental in building a competitive and unified squad, on & off the pitch.

  • Nathan Randall

    Women's Football Manager

    Nathan brings extensive experience in player development, coach education, and high-performance program design across senior, youth, and junior football. At Marconi, he has built and aligned structured programs with a clear playing philosophy and strong standards across all age groups. His approach centres on accountability, detail, and holistic athlete development. Nathan is committed to strengthening the Women’s Program by creating a clear junior to senior pathway, raising coaching standards, embedding individual development plans, and fostering a culture that develops confident, resilient, and ambitious female footballers.
