ELIGIBILITY

5. Participation in the Promotion is limited to persons who are, insofar as is the case for the duration of the Promotional Period:
   a. 18 years of age or over;
   b. A current Club Marconi Ultimate Plus Rewards Member;
   c. Not excluded from Club Marconi;
   d. Valid entries must be a current (active/financial) Member of Club Marconi
6. (“Eligible Entrants”). If an Eligible Entrant’s membership status is cancelled or otherwise amended during the Promotional Period so that they are no longer an Eligible Entrant, that person will no longer be eligible to enter or participate in the Promotional Period and will forfeit any entitlement to a prize.

PARTICIPATION

7. Participants can earn Virtual Entries (“Virtual Entries”) by scanning the QR code on the “Stallions Scan and Win” displays located around Marconi Stadium on Marconi Stallions home games one (2) hours prior to kick off to one (1) hour prior to the conclusion of the game.
8. Participants will need to fill in all fields to successfully earn virtual entries into the virtual barrel. Participants will need to input full name, date of birth, contact number and their residential postcode.
9. Entry/Entries will automatically be entered into the virtual barrel.
10. Participants are limited to one (1) virtual entry per Weekly Draw into the Promotion during the Promotional Period.
11. Participants can earn up to fifteen (15) virtual tickets for the Major Prize Draw through scanning the QR code and submitting an entry at each of the Marconi Stallions home games (1x entry per every 1x home game).

PRIZE DRAW

12. Valid entries will be generated on entry and will be automatically entered into the virtual barrel. Minor Prize Draws will occur virtually from 10am on the Monday following the home game.
13. The winner will be contacted via the contact details to which they entered, the winner will have 24 hours to claim their prize, if the prize is not claimed a redraw will occur.
14. The Major Prize draw will be drawn on Monday 26 August at 10am.

GENERAL

15. Maximum total prize pool is valued at $2,500.00. Minor draws breakdown is 15 x $100 Piazza Voucher and Major Draw $1,000 Cash Voucher.
16. Club Marconi reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under the Promotion if there are any changes to the law which would or might render the Promotion or any prizes offered under the Promotion unlawful.
17. No prize, entry or other feature of the Promotion can be transferred or redeemed for other goods or services.
18. Announcement of prize winners, the promoter must ensure that the name of the winner of any prize exceeding $500 is announced in a newspaper, radio or television generally circulating in the area where the lottery was conducted, or internet in accordance with the rules of the lottery.
19. An independent Scrutineer or non-independent Scrutineer approved by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing will be present at the time of any draw, if required.
20. Conduct of the entire Promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to enter and validity of entry and prizes, shall be the responsibility of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decisions in relation to the conduct of the Promotion are final.
21. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Club Marconi reserves the right to make a decision regarding those circumstances which is not inconsistent with these terms and conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed, including, but no limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage by an entrant in relation to entering or participating in this Promotion or taking or using the prizes offered except where that loss, damage or injury was caused by breach of these terms and conditions by the Promoter or the wilful or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter. To avoid any doubt the Promoter shall not be liable for loss caused by technical and mechanical malfunction which is outside the control of the Promoter.
22. All Directors, management and employees of Club Marconi are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
23. Immediate Family members of all Directors, Executive Managers, Senior Managers, Duty Managers, Supervisors and any Promotional Staff and their Immediate Family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
24. Immediate Family is defined as “a person’s smallest family unit, consisting of the closest relatives, such as parents, siblings and children. Immediate family may contain both biological relatives and those related through marriage, such as a brother-in-law, mother-in-law etc. Defacto partnerships/relationships are also considered Immediate Family.”
25. Participation in the Promotion by an Eligible Entrant confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions governing Club Marconi membership programs and the Promotion.
26. Should Prize Winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, that Prize Winner consents to having his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable promotion requested by Club Marconi.
27. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the Promotion.
28. A copy of the terms and conditions governing the Promotion can be obtained from the reception desk at Club Marconi.
